Obama Signs Overhaul in Student Loan Program

During the same time as the Health Care legislation, President Obama signed into law the most aggressive higher education bill since the G.I. Bill.  It includes various student incentives such as removal of intermediary companies within the loan system (particular to student loans), a cap on repayment based on income, and loan forgiveness after a period of time for public service.
